Outbound Logistics Manager to LensWay

Key Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the outbound logistics process.This includes supervising and being an active part of distribution and production management.The role is temporary while our ordinary Outbound Logistics Manager is on parental leave.After this time period a future career within LensLogistics is very likely since the company is constantly growing.You are expected to take full responsibility for outbound logistic processes; fully owning, planning and executing to ensure the lowest total cost and the strategic long term development. Your main responsibilities will be *To manage, motivate and develop the outbound logistics team of approximately 40 team members.*To plan, set targets and objectives for the outbound logistics department.*To drive, monitor and develop the quality, cost and efficiency. You will work closely together with the other members of the operational management team and report to the Chief Operating Officer.You will also cooperate with the other departments within the company to make sure they get the information needed from the Outbound Logistics department. Professional skill requirements * Master of Science degree within supply chain management is preferred * A minimum of 4 years working experience of leading a team * Ability to set up detailed resource planning, KPI's, P&L and manage projects * Experience from service oriented business dealing directly with consumers * Business Swedish as well as English is a requirement.
