Outsourcing Manager

ANEO has strong ties with some of the largest Indian consultancy groups as well as the largest sourcing groups in India. The management of ANEO and some of these organizations have worked closely since the early years of 2000. As an Outsourcing Manager within ANEO, you will be the link between our organization in Sweden and our offshore partners in India. You would manage client projects and take responsibility of client delivery of IT applications and building strategic partnerships. The role requires understanding the IT needs of major organizations and provide appropriate solutions through our Indian partners. Main responsibilities would be: *Creating functional requirements as an input to application design, *Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and package software capabilities, *Development of a business case to facilitate investment decisions on new technology components, *Preparing for and conducting deployment activities (e.g. communication, training, data migration, go-live planning and support) and *Enhancing operation of company IT infrastructure and support functions for optimal business service with desired level of total cost of ownership We require: *Indian cultural awareness and experience from earlier outsourcing work. *Data processing and analysis skills and project management. *Strong networks in business community and Indian IT industry. *Master degree within business administration or equivalent is a must. Other requirements: * Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment * Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment * Desire to work in an information systems environment * Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable * Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills *Wide skills in Systems development *You are fluent in English and are willing to learn Swedish Personal skills: You are customer and business oriented and shows the customer a true commitment.
