We're looking for a >7 years’ experience (Expert) Overall Process Lead to assist in the Business Operations Transformation (programme).

The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA in..

Provide BOT end-to-end process design and implementation oversight according to the BOT Global Template and Target Operating Model underpinned by SAP S/HANA and Ariba technology. This includes Processes, Systems and Organization as well as policies and business rules defined in the process model.

Provide oversight and support to the process teams and business architects that drive the Analysis to ensure well defined Business Requirements and Solution Design that is fit for purpose. In case of localizations as a result of TLS requirements during Rollout, provide support and guidance on Business Cases, Impact Assessments and Demand Management when required.

Support the Delivery of the Target Operating Model and Global Processes with the Rollout teams.

Provide Support and Leadership when required to BOT Project Teams throughout the Minimum Loveable Product delivery. Organizes and executes where applicable the work of process / business experts to ensure the application fits to local legal, regulatory and business requirements.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Process Management and/or Process governance experience underpinned by SAP Solutions with involvement in at least 5 end to end implementations
- Finance background
- Experience managing a process expert team.
- Excellent consulting skills with the ability to understand business processes and requirements and how to translate into viable solutions.
- Experience in complex programme environments.
- SAP
- Ability to drive teams in a diverse international/distributed team.
- Finance process knowledge (R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM).
- Strong communication and decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs. Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
- Process management, process architecture, process governance and/or process modelling knowledge.




Preferred competence and experience:

- SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba
