NA-KD is a global fashion brand and as one of Europe’s fastest growing companies, we are constantly evolving, changing, and improving ourselves. Besides selling our products at NA-KD.com, we sell NA-KD fashion in over 2000 stores and to major online retailers around the globe. In this role as our Overstock Manager, you will work within our Wholesale department and with our B2B customers. You will establish and execute our stock clearance plan avoiding channels conflicts and protecting our brand image. You will also drive operational and tactical aspects for the key account relationships with clearance customers, both new and existing. Furthermore, your responsibility will cover our consignment outlets monitoring and optimizing their performance based on stock supply.

Your future

- Expanding business by finding new opportunities as well as building strong relationships with existing customers
- Creates and executes stock offers (within the defined KPI's)
- Negotiating the best possible price in line with discount and pricing targets set by the department
- Independently drive to improve and to optimize the processes within the area of responsibility, including everything from placing orders to follow-up
- Monitors relevant KPI's and takes appropriate action to optimize performance
- Ensure product distribution is in line with NA-KD’s segmentation policies and guidelines
- Make sure outlets and customers has a continuous product flow and follow reports to ensure performance and control
- Be responsible for the operational parts of selling to the customers


Your past & skills

- Have a few years of relevant work experience from roles within overstock, B2B e-commerce sales and/or administration, account management or similar within the fashion industry
- Used to external contacts, has negotiation skills and product knowledge
- You are used to working in an international context and fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Able to work with different systems to ensure operational excellence and has experience working excel
- You are self-motivated sales professional who has good organization skills and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and has a “get it done” mentality
