Key responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible to develop and deliver fully functioning utility systems for Compressed Air, Carbon Free Air, Gasses and Steam for the factory.

General:
Supporting the development and maintenance of the basis of design for the applicable utility systems;
Developing from the basis of design vendor packages for design, procurement and installation;
Coordinating everything around the applicable utility systems with both internal and external resources, including e.g. design development, risk assessments;
Reviewing and approving the vendor deliverables.
Ensuring the delivery of project deliverables on time and to budget.

Specific - short term deliverables:
Manage the activities for the Compressed Air building including but not limited to:
- Coordination of the equipment supplier;
- Coordination of the design for the building;
- Integration in the overall compressed air distribution system network;
- Addressing open scope items;

Manage the activities for the required Gasses (Oxygen/Nitrogen) including but not limited to:
- Coordination of the equipment supplier;
- Coordination of the design for the systems location and integration in the targeted building;
- Integration in the overall Gasses distribution system network;
- Addressing open scope items;

Manage the activities for the Steam facility including but not limited to:
- Coordination of the equipment supplier;
- Coordination of the design for the Steam location;
- Integration in the overall Steam distribution system network;
- Addressing open scope items;

Candidate should have good communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced organization and be result-driven.
