Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.

We are now looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team and have a great impact on how we scale the business.

How you will make an impact:

As a Paid Social Manager on the Performance Marketing team, you will focus on expanding social media advertising focusing on growth for Epidemic Sound. You will work together with the rest of the Performance Marketing team, share, and gain insights to improve your own and the teams’ workstreams. You will also get the chance to collaborate with various teams and departments such as the analytics department, marketing technology team, and our brand and creative team in order to accomplish the goals.

More specifically, you will:

- Build cases to motivate creative investments

- Optimize and scale campaigns globally on our social media accounts (including YouTube) to meet existing goals

- Set up new campaigns

- Provide analytical insights for continuous improvement based on data

- Collaborate with our creative team with the purpose of having best in class creatives for growth

- Monitor and analyze data related to Paid Social Performance initiatives

- Handle ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and growth initiative

- Collaborate with the rest of the Performance Marketing team to gain an audience and messaging insights from different paid marketing channels





Who you are:

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a growth mindset and a huge interest in data and analytics. You live and breathe digital marketing. Perhaps you have a marketing or analytics degree, or you’ve learned by doing - but the most important thing is that you’re a data-driven do:er.

Paid Social with a Performance Marketing hat on is what motivates you the most, and you are eager to learn more within the area. You are able to learn on your own and take great responsibility in doing so, while at the same time you are a true team player with a collaborative mindset. Your ambition is to evolve not only yourself but your team and other stakeholders as well.

It would be music to our ears if you have:

- Education within digital marketing or similar

- 4-8 years of working experience in a similar role

- An understanding of objective- and platform-specific creative best practices.

- Experience with Smartly, Bannerflow or similar

- Experience working with modular creatives

- Experience within monitoring and ad hoc analysis

- Knowledge within analysis related to Paid Social

- Passion for digital marketing, marketing technologies, analytics and continuous learning

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, additional language skills are a plus
