What we offer: If you would like to get insights to the most international automotive financial service provider in the world with challenging tasks as an assistant to the local CEO responsible for Denmark and Sweden, we would like to offer you a great part-time position based in Malmö starting from February 2011 until March 2012. This means contributing to the overall success of Mercedes-Benz Finans Sverige AB by supporting the CEO and to some extent the Board with their daily assignments and tasks. This includes: - personal assistance to the CEO, e.g.scheduling and planning of meetings and travel bookings and claims - creation of management summaries for decision-making processes.- general administration and coordination of confidential information - office management, e.g.ordering office supplies, etc. We are looking for someone who: - is outgoing.- can quickly react upon ad hoc requests by top management.- is team-oriented and resilient in stressful situations.- is structured and dynamic. Qualifications needed to support us... - Highschool education or similar - Fluent in English (both writing and speaking) - Swedish OR Danish language skills - MS Office knowledge and ideally Lotus Notes experience This is a part-time substitute position for maternity leave from February 2011 to March 2012.
