Partner Care Agent - Vertical

Are you a detail oriented ninja who enjoys working in a structured way? Right now we are looking for two digital savvy Partner Care Agents to our vertical team. As you might know, foodora doesn't only deliver food from restaurants, but also from your local shops such as candy, groceries, electronics, flowers and much more. The vertical team makes sure that our shops get created and managed efficiently and diligently, that the shops look and feel amazing for our customers and that all the information is correct on our platform. This is why your role is so important. We are looking for agents who are fast learners of new systems since you will be working in several different computer systems to create an amazing shops experience for our customers. Our shops business will grow a lot going forward, so you need to be comfortable with a high pace while staying focused and efficient. Bring your can-do attitude and come join the fun!

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- You and your team will be responsibly to build shops in our systems, including category trees, pictures and all information
- Continuously update the shops in according to requirements from our Account Managers
- Create campaigns in our systems in collaboration with our Account Managers to develop shops to the best way they can be
- Work in Google Sheets on a daily basis, as well as in several other computer systems

- Detail oriented - You are always thorough and detail oriented in your work, it is important for you that things are done correctly and with care
- Efficient - You are efficient in your daily work and keep your head cool when the pace is high. You can quickly see that needs to be done since it is all in the details, and directly take action or help when needed
- Self-Reliant - You see what needs to be done and take on new tasks before someone asks you to and you like to work independently and drive your own work forward. Even if you work in a team this is important as you are responsible for different shops or parts of the work
- Initiator - You take initiatives in your work and continuously suggest how your and your team’s way of working can be improved
- Team player - You enjoy working together with great colleagues, to solve problems together and to take help whenever needed


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Preferably you have previous experience in working in a digital workplace or you are excited to learn new computer systems
- You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
- You have experience from working with online retail or you love to shop online and have a keen understanding on how products should be presented online to be attractive for purchasing
- You have experience from working with administrative tasks
- Some experience from working in Excel and/or Google Sheets is required
- Experience in Salesforce is also a plus


Start date: September
