This leading telecom company in Sweden are now looking for a driven and ambitious Partner Channel Specialist. 

Thsi company views the indirect channel (partner channel) as a critical element of its sales reach to customers in the Swedish B2B market. As such we require a candidate to assist in assessing all areas of our indirect channel program against world-class benchmarks and detailing recommendations for performance improvement in key areas.

Experience and capabilities: The successful candidate will possess 10 years of experience in the planning and operation of a B2B indirect sales channel program ideally in the telecommunications sector. Familiarity with benchmark approaches to all areas of:

i. Market segmentation and channel capacity planning
ii. Conflict management
iii. Design of partner tiers and classifications
iv. Commissions and incentives
v. Partner training and certification
vi. Partner Relationship Management systems and tools
vii. Design of supporting channel marketing programs
