Assignment Description
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized temporary employee (Red Badge)
What you will work on
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and activities with Cloud & AI technology partners
Organize and support meetings with key Cloud & AI partner stakeholders
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events involving Cloud & AI partners and customers
Provide administrative support for Cloud & AI deal-related activities
Support Cloud & AI deal registration processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions
Track and report on the top Cloud & AI business opportunities
Maintain dashboards and records for Cloud & AI sales figures and related data
Coordinate administrative work connected to Cloud & AI events and initiatives
Drive event attendance and participation for Cloud & AI-focused events
Ensure structured follow-up after events to maximize sales enablement outcomes
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation
Manage invitations, RSVPs, and attendee communications for Cloud & AI events
What you bring
Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience supporting events, sales activities, or partner programs
Interest in or familiarity with Cloud and AI technologies and partner ecosystems
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Proactive, structured, and service-oriented working style
