OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client Becksöndergaard looking for Sales Assistants with high drive and passion. From the 1 August 2017 Becksöndergaard will open a pop-up store at Arlanda Airport and are therefore looking for service-minded and passionate Sales Assistants to handle all daily operations.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Becksödergaard is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Becksöndergaard. Kindly note that the position is for a temporary period of 9 months. Becksöndergaards intention is to continue their business at Arlanda on a long term.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As Sales Assistant you will provide world class service to Becksöndergaards customers. Since the store is new in Sweden there are potential for development and for creating your own personal touch and come with new ideas. You will work independently in the shop but in a tight team that supports each other. It can be expected that the position may have hectic periods and unusual working hours at times according to the opening hours at Arlanda Airport.

This position suits you who have a big fashion interest and likes to work in an international environment at Arlanda Airport. You love to sell and you are good at it! You see yourself as part of the playful accessory universe of Becksöndergaard.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Minimum 1 years’ experience as a sales assistant, preferably from the fashion industry


* The ability to take the lead every day and can turn ideas into action
* Customer oriented mindset and pervious experience from working with world class service
* Are able to work unusual working hours at times according to the opening hours at Arlanda Airport.
* Good language skills are a must including; fluent in at least 1 of the Scandinavian languages and in English. All communication with the Becksöndergaard head office will be in Scandinavian or in English.


It will be considered an additional qualification if you have worked in a similar store or have experience from the fashion industry.

As a person, you are are outgoing, smiling and take pride in providing service at the very highest level. In addition, you understand the importance of the fact that the store always looks its best. You are result-oriented and want to be the best in your area. You have good communication skills and are a good teamplayer.
