Pastry chef assistant

Ifoa is looking on behalf of a client company, an American Bakery in Modena for a Pastry chef assistant. The bakery is born in 2013 from the passion of two sisters for desserts and international food. The bakery is located in the center of the city of Modena and is specialised in traditional American desserts and savoury food.
The staff is international and has a good understanding of English and Spanish language.
The trainee will be in charge of the creation of the American gastronomy baked goods bases, will support and assist the chef in the kitchen and will support the organisation of the weekly production.

Languages skills:
English 1, or Spanish 1
Basic Italian will be an asset
