Beskrivning The patent department of ABB AB is responsible for IP matters in Sweden, Norway and Denmark but is also closely related to sister departments in Germany, Switzerland, Finland, China, Poland, Italy and the United States.The department reports to the ABB Group IP counsel and to the Country general counsel in Sweden. Your challenge As patent attorney at ABB you will prepare filings, responses to office actions, oppositions and counselling and support to the business units in all IP matters including infringement, strategies and portfolio management.As patent attorney you will have a responsibility for defined business units.
