Payroll Executive to our office in Stockholm!

TMF has a strong track record of growth and now operates out of 120 offices in over 80 jurisdictions and today employs 5,500 qualified accountants, lawyers, corporate secretaries and HR and other professionals.

We are looking currently to recruit a Payroll Executive for the TMF office in Stockholm which is situated at Sergels Torg in Stockholm. The required qualification and skills are as follows:

Three to four years? experience of working as payroll consultant;
Attention to details and good organizational skills;
Experience with working in an international environment is a plus;
Previous work experience from consultancy firm or similar work is a plus;
Previous experience in working with the payroll software Hogia Plus is a plus;
Good IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software and with Excel in particular;
Good communication skills and service-minded;
Action oriented / initiative oriented;
Fluent in Swedish and English;

The Payroll Executive shall report to the management and the responsibilities of the position are the following:

Responsible for our payroll clients and organizing our payroll client files;
Monthly calculation of salaries for our clients, reporting and communication with our clients and third party providers and year-end payroll reconciliation;
Be proactive and take initiative to clarify issues, identify savings and efficiency for clients;
Any other tasks assigned by the direct/indirect supervisor/manager or the management board.
