ReadSoft's Human Resources Department in Helsingborg works with recruitment, competence development, work environment, payrolls and other HR-related issues.ReadSoft is a growing organization and we now need an additional resource within Human Resources to help us out with a number of administrational tasks.Your main responsibility will be administrating payrolls for some 160 people in Sweden, but you will also be handling travel expenses, credit card bills, pensions, insurances, employment agreements, as well as helping out with miscellaneous HR-related tasks. You will be keeping track of staff lists in our business system and updating our employee guidebook. You have previous experience of payroll administration (preferably with Hogia Lön) and you have worked with administrational tasks for a couple of years. You will be working in a hi-tech environment so you need to be well-versed with computers and the Microsoft Office software.You also need to have a good command of Swedish and English. If you also have experience of accounting, that will be to your advantage. On a personal level, you are a positive and outgoing person who is not afraid to "dig in" wherever you are needed, even if it may require some hard work.You are a thorough person who enjoys being able to help.
