TMF Group in Sweden is currently looking for highly motivated, team oriented Payroll Manager to join its local team.
Job Position: Payroll Manager Sweden - Full time - Stockholm
Job Purpose:
The Payroll Manager will be directly reporting to the Managing Director and will lead a team of 3 Payroll Specialists. The new position holder will have overall responsibility for the HR & Payroll Service Line in Sweden, working in compliance with all TMF procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- The co-ordination of payrolls and associated works;
- End to End ownership of assigned clients;
- On-boarding new clients and accommodating their requirements;
- Ensuring the payroll team process and deliver a high quality payroll service to our clients;
- Be proactive and use initiative to clarify issues, identify savings and efficiency in operations;
- Overseeing the implementation of TMF Group operational processes to ensure service level continuity;
- Ensuring the payroll team comply with all tax calculations and local payroll regulations;
- Communication with the assigned clients;
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax, payroll and labour legislation;
- Delegating work across the team as appropriate.
Key requirements:
- 3-5 years? experience of working as a Payroll Manager /Consultant;
- Good knowledge of payroll, personal tax and labour legislation;
- Attention to details and good organizational skills;
- Experience with working in an international environment is a plus;
- Previous work experience from consultancy firm or similar work is a plus;
- Previous experience in working with the payroll software Hogia Plus and related modules Time & Attendance and Travel Expenses is a plus;
- Good IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software and with Excel in particular;
- Previous people management experience preferred;
- Fluency in Swedish and English;
- Action / initiative oriented.
