Payroll Manager to TMF Sweden

TMF Group is an independent global outsourcing provider with its headquarters located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The organization provides outsourcing solutions for a wide range of accounting & administration services to international clients. TMF has a strong track record of growth and now operates out of 100 offices in 75 jurisdictions.

We are looking currently to recruit a Payroll Manager for the TMF office in Stockholm which is situated on Södermalm in Stockholm. The required qualification and skills are as follows:

- 3-5 years experience of working as payroll consultant;
- Attention to details and good organizational skills;
- Experience with working in an international environment is a plus;
- Previous work experience from consultancy firm or similar work is a plus;
- Good IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software and with Excel in particular;
- Fluent in Swedish and English;
- Action oriented / initiative oriented;

The Payroll Manager shall report to the management and the responsibilities of the position are the following:

- Responsible for our payroll clients and organizing our payroll client files;
- Act as overall coordinator between our payroll clients other TMF payroll teams and our subcontractor;
- Be proactive and use initiative to clarify issues, identify savings and efficiency for clients,
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct/indirect supervisor/manager or the management board;
