Assignment Description
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Specialist
What You Will Work On
Support the end-to-end Swedish payroll process
Manage daily payroll administration and payroll-related activities
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Handle payroll-related questions from employees and managers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external payroll partners
Ensure payroll processes comply with Swedish regulations and internal policies
Perform payroll checks and quality assurance
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
Maintain accurate payroll data and documentation
Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and routines
Contribute to efficient and standardized payroll operations

What You Bring
Experience working with Swedish payroll administration
Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
Experience supporting employees and managers with payroll-related questions
Knowledge of payroll compliance and Swedish payroll requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with payroll systems and administrative tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
