Your role
As our new People & Culture Generalist, you will work broadly across HR topics, primarily focused on Sweden with some involvement in Denmark. You’ll be a trusted partner to managers across production and other business areas, supporting them in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
You will:
Support recruitment, onboarding, and competence development initiatives
Advise managers on labor law, work environment, and rehabilitation matters
Drive local HR processes and contribute to global People & Culture initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies
Continuously improve and digitalize HR practices in a dynamic environment
You’ll be part of Kemira’s global People & Culture organization, where we co-create future ways of working and develop impactful people processes.
Who you are
You are a relationship builder who enjoys engaging with people at different stages of their employment journey. You are proactive, structured, and curious about improving HR processes in a changing environment. You need to appreciate working with both operational and tactical tasks.
You bring:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
A solid foundation in Swedish labor law
At least 5 years of broad HR experience, preferably in an industrial setting
Confidence in supporting managers and working close to the business
Fluency in Swedish and English
