Pega Lead Architect (CLSA)

We are looking for an experienced and certified Pega Lead Architect (CLSA) to lead our development initiatives in Stockholm, Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pega platform architecture, extensive hands-on experience, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Pega subject matter expert and architect for all development initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable, robust, and high-performing Pega solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, translate them into technical requirements, and develop efficient solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers and ensure adherence to Pega’s best practices and coding standards.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including system design, integration, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Define and enforce architectural guidelines, including component reusability and system scalability.
• Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and design sessions to ensure solution quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega product enhancements, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Pega platform development and architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing complex Pega applications, including integrations and custom components.
• Strong experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Pega’s best practices, including reusable component architecture.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
• Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with SAFe or Scrum frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools like ActiveMQ and Kibana.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
