As the Analytics - SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Sweden, Group Functions and Business Area Technologies & New Business, BTEB, you will help optimize our entire workforce and provide insight to our senior leaders enabling make informed decisions. Driving predictive and complex analytics to encourage our leaders to move fast, collaborate, and think BIG. The Opportunity:
• Collaborate with global team to proactively understand the HR portfolio and recommend analytics that will support measurement of performance and their ability to add value to the business.
• Build a partnership with Group Function leaders to appreciate their challenges and anticipate analytical solutions that will help them to deliver according to our strategy.
• Consult with the business leaders to drive workforce optimization solutions, aligned to future oriented workforce planning and analytics techniques.
• Prototype analytical solutions. Using current tools and data sources, also identifying new ways to do this.
• Participate and lead special projects and best in class initiatives
• Be part of our inclusive team, collaborating, and providing support to our analysts and leaders as well as in the Sweden and Group Function SME groups (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development) to deploy solutions which directly benefit the business units.
• Fully engage in multiple activities in a fast-paced, team environment
• Leverage and prepare reports and analytics that easily identify opportunities for workforce actions, respective cost implications, and will allow leaders to make informed decisions
• Routinely utilize commentary when performing analysis to be presented to senior leadership
• Provide consultation and guidance to SMEs during workforce planning activities
• Assist with building business transformation related business cases
• Use your project management skills to lead projects and influence / obtain buy-in and drive execution and achievement of the desired results
• Utilize benchmarking and best in class ways of presenting and providing analytical insights.
• Understand how other progressive companies are tackling and using analytics to address some of the issues they encounter in the business.

You have:
• University degree in Mathematics, Business/Finance, MBA, or related discipline
• 3+ years of corporate analytics, finance, business experience
• Experience in partnering and consulting with business leaders to develop solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a high volume and fast paced environment
• Desire to collaborate with high-performing teams
• Understanding of financials and business practices
• Variance analysis, commentary, and presentation expertise
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel and Presentation skills
