As People & Culture Partner you will play a key role supporting our business segments primarily within our Gothenburg site but also in a global environment. The role is new and for right person there are great opportunities to grow, develop yourself and contribute to the company's continued development journey.

Smart Eye has experienced strong growth and a major focus is the integration work within the organization, which becomes an important part of your work. In this role, the focus will be in HR processes and HR systems. You are also involved in initiating, designing, operating and following up various people-related programs, processes and tools, to ensure we deliver best in class People & Culture programs and initiatives. In the role, you work both operationally, tactical and strategically in close collaboration with the leaders of our organization.

Your responsibility will include:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the operational HR work focusing on HR Processes and HR systems
• Global recruitment and workforce planning
• Performance management
• Participate when appropriate in the strategic human resource planning
• Participate in develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization
• Deliver proactive people & culture support to business leaders with advice for solutions in line with business demands and company culture
• Update and implement people & culture policies and programs

We believe that you have:

• At least 5 years’ experience of broad HR work as a generalist in a global company
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple people disciplines (employee relations, performance, recruitment, compensation, training, benefits, etc.).
• Preferably experience from tech-companies
• Wide knowledge of Swedish labor law.
• Very good written and spoken English.

The position is located at our Headquarters Första Långgatan, Gothenburg and You will report to our CFO. You work closely with our Senior HR consultant and our newly appointed colleague in the US.
