Job Description
To be successful as a P&C specialist within payroll, you should be able to investigate and resolve payroll issues and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards. An outstanding payroll specialist should also have excellent people skills and a high numerical aptitude.
In the role as P&C Specialist you will:
Work with company database programs to process payroll.
Maintain personnel database regarding salaries.
Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense.
Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management.
Join monthly payroll service review meetings (running or new CRs, upcoming releases, reports etc. and represent all legal units in Sweden together with payroll team manager).
Provide payroll expertise towards payroll specialists in Community of Expertise team.
Support towards organization – a shared responsibility in the team).
Furthermore, you will contribute with setting processes and delivering payroll expertise. You act as the owner of the HR Payroll system (HRx) and create payroll support. You are first line contact with Alight our Payroll vendor and securing change requests to the Inter IKEA organizations (IIG).
Finance and Pension single point of contact including report issues.
Securing local integration issues are correctly handled between our payroll provider and other applications/systems, for example TEC, Rydoo, and Benify.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who, together with us, wants to bring people and business together and ensure that we offer an excellent place for everybody to work and to develop. And by the way if you have had experience with HR-IT digitalisation, even better. We´d like to see that you:
Have an associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accounting or equivalent education preferred.
Are self-driven, able to work independently and are motivated in finding new solutions, but also like collaborating in a team.
Have proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
Possess strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
Are structured and organized with a hands-on approach - you make things happen in a simple way.
Feel passion for people and business and like to work in a complex, constantly changing, international environment.
Are fluent in both spoken and written English
