If you share our ambition, you may be the new People Experience Partner to join our team at the global headquarter in Gothenburg. In this role you belong to a team of 20 People Experience professionals, located in the Nordic countries and the UK; and you report to the PX Director and Cluster Lead for HQ and Northern Europe.

The People Experience Partner Role
Mölnlycke is infused with an international atmosphere, where your stakeholders come from many different nationalities and are spread across the world. As a People Experience Partner, you’ll develop and provide qualified partnership and coaching to leaders throughout all our people processes. To be successful in this position you must understand HR principles and be able to apply this knowledge to identify practical solutions for our business and people challenges with a people centric mindset. You will work operationally with delivering excellent support case to case according to business needs. Additionally, you understand and apply the company policies and practices, employment law, collective agreements and other regulations to provide advice and guidance to managers.

There is a big variety of tasks in this role, and it is important that your ambitions and strengths lie with both practical and operational work, as well as building and nurturing strong relationships. In this role you partner with managers in some of our important corporate functions and interact with key stakeholders around the world on a regular basis.

People & organizational change management
Employee engagement, inclusiveness and wellbeing
Compensation, benefits and global mobility
Labour Relations
Data driven decision making through HR analytics
Leadership coaching and training

Qualifications & Experience:
University Business Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or equivalent experience
Excellent understanding of HR practices, preferably from various HR generalist roles in a Swedish context
HR experience from a global environment
Good understanding of Swedish labor legislation and employee relations practice
Fluent in English
Analytical mindset
Business acumen
Excellent communication skills
