We are now seeking a curious, innovative and driven person to join our Commercial Operations team as responsible for People Experience (HR) for Customer Care.  You will be based in Gothenburg and report to Head of PX Commercial Operations and Head of Customer Care in a balanced matrix.

What you´ll do
This is a business-critical role with expectation to be successful in the transition of the commercial business. We think you have deep experience from driving change, start-up businesses, developing leaders and building culture in a global organizational set-up.

You have a seat in the management team of Customer Care and you are a member of the global PX management team for Commercial operations. In this matrix you will work both operationally and strategically with people and organizationally topics, spanning over a broad field of PX related topics and challenges. As in most other multinational companies you share your time between business specific work for Customer Care and global corporate strategical PX initiatives. To succeed you will need to be a master in guiding and driving stakeholders through transformation and add speed to the most important challenge we currently have – Volvo cars commercial transformation.

You will lead a small team with both solid and matrix report lines which alters over time in relation to Business priorities and challenges. Therefore, you also need bring solid leadership experience and a prestige less mind-set.
