People Manager B&PD Höganäs For maintenance, changes and extensions of existing products.FOSS is strengthening the technical side of product life cycle management.For this purpose, we are forming a new team within our hardware group in R&D.You could be our new manager of this team. The job The main tasks for the team are to: 1) Solve quality issues which are related to design flaws.2) Update released products when components are obsolete or legal standards have changed.3) Update or add features to released products as specified in approved PCoE's As manager of this team, you will be responsible for: .Own team budget (fixed cost, salaries, and internally purchased hours) . Planning, resource allocation and follow up of tasks..Individual follow up through MS-meetings.. Competence development of team and individual team members.. Communication and discussion of results with other managers in the organisation.. Input to prioritization discussion with Quality Board Qualifications We think of you as: .
