We are recruiting a new People Planning Specialist for our team!
To be successful in this role, we believe you have experience in Human Resources and/ or People Planning. You have knowledge of People Planning in large-scale commercial organizations as well as of international People Planning standards, rules, and regulations. It is beneficial to have experience from a global matrix organization and/or participate in global projects as well as have a good knowledge of our IKEA concept, the IKEA brand identity, and the IKEA culture and values.
For this role, you need to have strong communication skills, and be able to communicate with stakeholders across the IKEA world. You need to be curious about our ways of working and motivated to improve and find new ways of working. You should be passionate about finding solutions for global problems and delivering high results to the business. Lastly, you should be end-user-oriented, understanding their problems, and willing and motivated to solve their issues to create a change for the co-workers in our organizations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role as People Planning Specialist, you are working in our Centre of Expertise team, securing access to updated knowledge about market trends, latest developments, and best practices in People Planning. You are providing expertise in enabling the optimization of the People Planning processes across Ingka Group and acting as a subject matter expert and supporting the markets. You are initiating as well as supporting initiatives aiming at adapting and improving processes, tools, and systems. Your main stakeholders are in the countries; specifically the Service Offices and the Stores. You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with country people planning teams and supporting them through coaching and sharing of best practices.
You are responsible to create and maintain supporting material (process descriptions, learning material, working methods etc.) that facilitates better People Planning. You are supporting continuous improvements within the Ingka Group in People Planning and you are contributing to development projects when needed as an expert within the field. Lastly, you are defining process requirements on solutions needed to deliver for the process and you are proactively seeking and gathering data-driven insights and translating that into actionable improvements, in collaboration with other Group Functions.
This is a permanent position and the location is by default Malmö (Hubhult Office) or Amsterdam (Amshult Office).
