Performance Developer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Performance Developer who is experienced in executing performance tests by using JMeter / Blazemeter and Developing performance test scripts.

What you'll do:
● Translate business goals, requirements, and complex system diagrams to effectively design and drive performance engineering solutions.
● Own, maintain and develop performance testing infrastructure including benchmarks, test frameworks, CICD, as well as reporting, and alerting systems.
● Work with Micro-architects and RTL teams to define vectors/benchmarks to track and characterize performance for different use cases.
● Evaluating hardware to determine if it can effectively meet current needs as well as anticipated future needs.
● Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement to ensure optimal efficiency.
Who you are:
● Good working knowledge of data collection and analysis with biomechanical equipment and/or a strong understanding of the principles of mechanical properties of materials and their evaluation towards developing new materials.
● A self-motivated team member who in the short term contributes to high availability through technical support and development in performance testing.
● Regularly works across teams to build a culture for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have expertise in internal technologies such as load balancers, firewalls, and database servers.
