Performance Marketing Manager

As Performance manager, a.k.a. Marketing Hero, you'll play an important role in the company's success. You'll develop and keep an eagle eye on our online campaigns across different channels. We’re entering an exciting time at Fyndiq, we’re going to launch a shopping app anytime now and we’ve got big plans for it. With your super powers and passion for performance marketing (web, app, and international marketing) this will be your time to shine!

You as a humble rebel at Fyndiq will:

- Be responsible for our performance across all acquired channels including SEM, Google Shopping, Price comparison, Retargeting, Affiliates, Display, Social media ads and also the SEO area (which you of course know isn’t really an acquired channel).

- Analyse outcome, and adjust tactics to meet objectives and budgets.

- Lead and cooperate with our agencies and partners, who are doing the everyday performance work.

- Outstanding experience from managing external performance agencies.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn analysis into relevant conclusions and actions.

- Experience of budget allocation and forecasting.

- Experience of app marketing.

- Experience of international app and web marketing.

- An energetic and willing attitude.

- Excellent communication skills and openness to knowledge sharing.

Your team consists of 5 fab Fyndians - Campaign, E-mail Automation, Category, Social Media managers, and Chief Marketing Officer/co-founder who also will be your manager. Together with them in the Marketing and Merchandising Hub, you’ll make sure customers never miss out on any of our amazing bargains.
