Our client, an international investment firm located in central Stockholm, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Managing Director. Key accountabilities: - Ensure accurate coordination of Managing Director's agenda - Support the Managing Director to fulfil his deadlines and tasks - Responsible to accomplish business reporting and special projects - Liaise with direct reports & other staff across the region - Event & conference coordination - Newsletter & coordination of other internal communication Skills and experience: - Minimum 5 years experience supporting at the Director level or equivalent - Excellent organisational skills and attention for details as well as the overall picture - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and to prioritise - Self assertive with the ability to work independently - Flexible and positive personality - Fluent in Swedish and English with good communication skills - Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint)
