PhD position in Functional Electronic Materials
Department of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (IFM), Universtity of Linköping, Linköping, Sweden.
Job Description: : Experimental studies of novel ZnO materials and nanostructures by optical and magneto-optical spectroscopies. The job may also involve up to 10% teaching on the undergraduate level.
Requirements: Merits that meets with the formal requirements to be accepted in Swedish graduate education programs: master degree in areas relevant to the position, i.e. in solid state physics, applied physics or engineering (Civilingenjör i teknisk fysik och elektroteknik)
