About the Assignment
We are looking for a hands-on specialist to support customer success operations in the telecom industry. In this assignment, you will work closely with the Planhat platform, helping optimize how customer data, dashboards, and integrations are structured and maintained. This is a practical role for someone who enjoys owning platform configuration and administration in a business-critical environment.
Job DescriptionConfigure and maintain Planhat data models, filters, and pages.
Design and optimize dashboards for CX, customer success, business reviews, and health scores.
Support and manage integrations using APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
Act as a platform specialist and administrator with a strong hands-on focus.
Help ensure the Planhat setup supports efficient and scalable customer success operations.
RequirementsHands-on experience working with Planhat data models, filters, and pages.
Experience designing dashboards for CX, customer success, business reviews, and health scores.
Experience with integrations via API, webhooks, and JSON.
Ability to work as a platform specialist or administrator rather than in an advisory role.
