We are looking for two (supply) planners with a passion for Beauty and a strong business sense who wants to be part of the journey to create growth within our new H&M Beauty brand.
Within the new Business Unit called H&M Lifestyle Brands, we are building and developing the new brand H&M Beauty, which will apply the strong heritage of H&M to the beauty industry. This will unlock hidden opportunities for growth and will add excitement and energy to our current offer. H&M Lifestyle Brands will consist of several independent brands starting with H&M Home, H&M Beauty and H&M Sport.
We are looking for you who want a challenge and get excited about taking part in building the new H&M Beauty brand as well as developing our future H&M Beauty private label assortment.
Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
Based on the product department strategy set the channel/region specific strategy to maximize growth and profitability
Strategically and operationally optimizing planning, quantification and buying
Optimize ranking per channel/region based on total ranking set by Brand Manager.
Constantly follow, react, and identify new sales opportunities, based on selling, customer insight and surrounding analysis, in cooperation with the Product Team
Deliver channel/region selling input to the Product Team to create growth·
Based on the Brand Managers Global Buying strategy:
- drive right income strategy per channel/region
- drive right the optimal, flexible buying and quantification strategy
Ensure that the capacity indicator for the channel/region/department is up to date against Production
Secure the timeline from a planning-perspective based on the overall timeline for the Product department
Manage and secure order placement in collaboration with the Junior Buyer
We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, analytical skills, method and, above all, salesmanship. You should be passionate about keeping up to date with the fast-pace and ever-changing Beauty world around us.
To be successful in this role we see that you have:
Earlier experience within supply planning, controlling, or buying with a passion for developing the buying, supply & quantification method. Experience within the beauty industry is meritorious.
Have a degree in business administration, supply management, buying or equivalent.
Analytic & strategic mindset, and ability to keep a holistic view of income and assortment planning
Independently set and drive the buying strategy, implement routines and the structure for the planning process
Experience with handling complex assortment and quantification, e.g. write offs, global and local regulations, and stock management
Excellent knowledge in Excel, Power BI, or similar systems.
Internal candidates should have experience with QPT, Product Plan, H&M Order, ASQ, and Profitability follow up tool
