Service Nordic's department is responsible for operation and maintenance of wind power plants in the area. We are characterized by an open culture where cooperation and good communication are the prerequisites for doing a good job. Each member of the Service Administration & Subcontracting team offers their own skill set to ensure world-class performance. The "Planner Subcontractors" should have knowledge about governance and follow-up as well as knowledge about general administration.
Responsibilities
As a "Planner Subcontractors" you will support the Service department in Nordic with governance and follow-up as well as general administration related to Subcontractors. The role includes contacts with both internal and external stakeholders
The job will, among others include:
Governance and follow-up in general, for example:
Plan/Follow-up Audits
Forecasting/Planning - Together with Operations cooperate/interact to create actionable plans
Reporting
Financial Follow-up and KPI's
Interaction with other functions, such as Procurement in regards to contracts and tenders
Meeting/interacting with subcontractors
Standardization of contracts, documentation, invoicing, reporting, etc.
Process related work

and
Daily administration, for example:
NCR Action
System related tasks (in SAP and other systems)
Support technicians and office staff with different types of administrative tasks



Qualifications
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration/Finance or relevant experience
Technical knowledge/experience/interest
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience
International experience from working with Subcontractors
Good English speaking and writing skills, Swedish skills is an advantage
Basic contract knowledge
SAP experience. For example, experience of working with purchase related transactions in SAP is meritorious
Good computer literacy and skills in Microsoft Office. Advanced user skills in MS Excel is necessary
