Solution Expert Planning system Global Supply, Group Process & Projects PURPOSE OF JOB Planning System Solution Expert within Process and projects- to work continuously and proactively with system support activities and system improvements in our Oriflame planning system (JDA) to achieve world class operations.Furthermore to manage the long term system architecture with Group IT to proactively drive the establishment of a optimized planning system KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Continuously and proactively work with business/process/system improvements to achieve world class Supply Chain processes and systems Support the process and systems alignment activities towards the Supply organisation (mainly Planning) Own and manage the system roadmap for the planning system and be coordinator for all improvements in the system Support ongoing improvement projects and also future projects with systems knowledge and advice Coordinate and improve the integration and interface with Oriflame IT department as well as the Business processes Improve system awareness through training and documented working instructions - together with the IT organisation Act as a Super user for the Super users of the business operations, manage the issue resolution process and respond to day to day questions from people TASKS Identify and drive system related improvements together with the Process and projects team as well as with the Planning department.Write PLANNING in subject.
