In Stenungsund we produce and market ethylene amines - the building blocks that help our customers manufacture everything from lubricating oils, fuel additives and paints to detergents, textile softeners, cosmetics and medicines. We have one of the world's largest and most modern production sites of its kind, which makes us a reliable supplier to our customers. To cater for our Asian customers' increasing demand for ethylene amines, we are building production facilities in Ningbo, China.

Our present Plant Controller is taking a career step and we are now recruiting her replace ment. The Plant Controller coordinates the financial processes of the plant. The Plant Controller provides timely management information and gives financial, fiscal and economic support to plant management.

Main responsibilities
. Reliable and timely financial information
- Prepare the financial foundation of the operational plans and produce and present applicable reports
- Analyze and ensure completeness and accuracy during month-end closing for fixed manufacturing costs
- Prepare and control budgets and rolling forecasts for the plants in Stenungsund including follow-up analysis
- Provide financial analyses for investments and organizational changes on the Stenungsund site
- Ensure correct and reliable registration, processing and periodic reporting of business and financial data in compliance with finance legislation and AkzoNobel guidelines and procedures
- Prepare and release monthly product costing in SAP.
- Coordinate quarterly stock taking
- Actively participate as a SAP key user in key user meetings as well as assist in SAP projects

- Support the "AkzoNobel In Control" framework for Ethylene Amines Site Stenungsund

Competence profile
. University degree in economics, e.g. MBA
. Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
. Strong IT skills, preferably in ERP-systems, but also Excel, etc.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels in the organization
. Analytical skills and conceptual thinking
. Result orientation and ability to plan, prioritize and control
. Integrity

Experience of financial processes in general, and production reporting in particular, is an advantage. We operate SAP. The position reports hierarchically to the Plant Manager but also functionally to the sBU Controller.
