Euroclear Sweden plays a central role in the Swedish financial market. As the central securities depository of Sweden, we are the organization that holds the register for almost all shares and debt instruments. As well as keeping the book-entry register, we settle securities transactions and provide comprehensive asset servicing and issuer services. We also offer a wide range of general meeting services.

Euroclear Sweden needs to develop its IT services to meet new and changing customer demands and new regulations in the financial area. We will also aim to modernize older system parts by implementing modern standard software packages. In order to do this, we are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to strengthen our IT Department and to take responsibility for planning, management and reporting for our IT projects.

Your responsibilities

• Planning, including:
o Creation and maintenance of Master Project Plan (MS Project)
o Resource Management
o Creation and maintenance of Programme and Project Plans (MS Word)

• Budget Management:
o Creation of budgets and “what if” scenarios”
o Update of budgets according to current requirements
o Monthly reconciliation and justification of budget differences

• Reporting
o Collection, consolidation and publication of weekly reports from project managers
o Collection, consolidation and publication of other reports as required

• Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency (RAID) Management
• Change Management administration
• Deliverable / Document Management
• To support Program and Project Managers in delivery and additional tasks as required

Your profile

As a successful candidate you will have:

• University degree or equivalent from experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably from in an international environment
• A good understanding of planning, budgeting, reporting, RAID and change management.
• Experience in and knowledge of the financial industry and the securities post trade industry is an advantage
• Experience of working with outsourcing providers, particularly with offshore providers
• Enthusiasm and influence to make things happen in a coordinated way
• A flexible attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills: fluency in English required
