They blaze their own trail, one without compromise. They need people who share their vision and WorkShop are now recruiting a Space Manager for Polestars Space in Stockholm.

What you’ll do
The Space Manager will together with the Space team make sure to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all our current and future customers. As a Space Manager, you will make sure that visitors get support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into our space. We have created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:


• Coordinate, manage and provide directions to the team
• Ensure that the team educate and excite guests
• Provide tailored experience based upon the guests specific interests and agenda
• Help Polestar to maintain a healthy sales pipeline by leading the team to collect customer information
• Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process
• Act as a role model of Polestars culture and behaviors
• Inspire and coach the team to create the energy and excitement around Polestar offers, including vehicle, financing solutions, service etc.


You and your skills
To be successful in this role we see that you have a great curiosity of the car industry and that you have an aim of being part of changing it. It´s also important that you:


• Have documented leadership experience 
• Have basic understanding of technical concepts, the global context and how to translate these into business opportunities
• Have the ability to quickly demonstrate a mastery of all Polestar products and services
• Are creative, curious and enthusiastic
• Have a strong team and customer-focus
• Have strong communication skills and are a person who make things happen
• Speaks fluent English and Swedish
• Have a cross-functional mindset and actively goes beyond silo thinking


As a leader you understand and manage the team members’ skills and bring out the best of them. You are happy to provide a high level of support and challenge to team members in order to drive change and development.

This role will require a valid drivers license, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Hours: Fulltime
Start: As soon as possible
Workplace: Stockholm, Sweden
