Portfolio Manager
Lynk & Co Business Technology team is seeking a Portfolio Manager acting as a servant leader and coach for the product teams by driving and organizing Portfolio Planning and supporting product teams in catching end-to-end requirements and securing technology enablement of strategic initiatives.

You are responsible for Portfolio Management team consisting of Program Leads, Program Analysts and Program Test Leads reporting to you.

You will work closely with business office and business owners to intake, plan and drive strategic initiatives together with your team.

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes EU-wide responsibility and can require travel.

What you'll do

- Drive technology enablement of strategic business and technology programs

- Sustainable portfolio planning and way of working

- Transparency between business and technology products

- Responsible for Portfolio Management team

- Manage risk continuously and optimize the flow of value and measurement of results

- Aggregate team objectives into program objectives and publish these for visibility and transparency

- Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives

What you should have

- Passion for coordinated, fast paced, continuous improvements at global scale, with the customer always at the center

- Program backlog management in large scale Agile experience & digital programs

- Experience from working with project/program management

- Facilitator experience and understanding, applying, coaching agile at scale

- Excellent communication skills and being a collaborator and networker

- Leadership skills, both with teams, the program management, and the organization
