Portuguese, Spanish and English speaking service desk technician

Duties
Atea have a common purpose and goal - to make complex infrastructure solutions simple for our customers. We are looking for a Portuguese, Spanish and English speaking service desk technician who will work in one of our customer?s service desk. The candidate we?re looking for is fluent in all three languages mentioned above.

You provide technical support to enterprise users with high demands on your communication and teaching skills to assist users in a good and professional way. You will be working a lot with remote control, which means that a majority of the cases can be solved directly by the first customer contact with the service desk. In this role you will be a member of an EMEA support team with an ever changing work situation that demands high flexibility and stress tolerance. You strive for a very high level of service and you have great communication skills as well as great patience with customers. The position is located in the Malmö/Lund area in the southern parts of Sweden.

Requirements:
- Good knowledge in computers and computer peripherals.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office, desktop and laptop computers.
- Portuguese fluency, both in speech and writing.
- Spanish fluency, both in speech and writing.
- English fluency, both in speech and writing.
Desirable
- Good knowledge and experience in support of computers and peripherals. (eg, Microsoft's operating system, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, networking and communications, printers and peripherals.)
- Knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP) and Active Directory (AD).
- Additional language skills can be meritorious. (Ex. Swedish, Italian, French, German)
