General summary
Managing the customer/distributor relationship from a customer service perspective
Duties and Responsibilities:
" Liaison between the customer/distributor and RA organisation.
" Ensuring requests and requirements are handled and closed timely and correctly using the appropriate RA resources.
Requirements:
" Minimum of 2 years qualification in customer service environment.
" Danish, Swedish and English language fluent spoken and written.
" Open to interaction with customers
" Customer satisfaction orientation
" Knowledge of PC software package (MS office and Lotus Notes)
" Knowledge of CRM applications
" Knowledge of ERP system (people soft)
