Powertrain Product Planning Manager

Job description: Due to expanding business and new challenging demands from our customers, we need to strengthen the product planning process within VCE Components division and recruit an additional senior Product planning Manager. To be able to meet and exceed our customer needs, the main focus for the Product Planning manager is to establish future product requirements based on customer input and emerging technologies and update the Product plan bi-annually. Additionally there is a need to establish a tactical product plan. Responsilities: Establish and continuously improving the product plan process Identify future customer requirement and product plans Feature management Drive synergies between the different business lines and manufacturing Communicate product plan and its impact on Managing and develop the product planning function and use the resources efficiently through a leadership driven by Volvo values
