We’re now looking for a Press and PR Specialist – a global role, both strategic and operational, where you support our strategic goals through enhancing our PR.
About the job
In this position you collaborate with our key internal and external stakeholders to deliver news-generating and socially engaging proactive PR content that supports our strategic goals. You foster strong and trusted relationships with senior editorial contacts in global corporate and business media to achieve high visibility with top tier industry media. You develop and implement executive profiling plans and develop communication concepts together with the PR team. Working with thought leadership and managing editorial content production including vendor and asset management is part of your work.
Developing written materials, including presentations, speeches, press releases and FAQs, as well as creating content for our social media and coordinating interviews and media training for our spokespersons lays within your responsibility. By maximizing the distribution of the PR content, you find new ways to grow our global audience.
Location of this job is in Stockholm or Sandviken and some international travel is required.
About you
We’re looking for a hands-on communications professional – with strong writing, messaging and content development skills and with a track record of delivering PR results. You have several years of experience in PR or other relevant background, preferably from B2B or from working in an international company. As we act in a global environment, excellent English skills, both written and verbal, is required, and knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
Attention to detail, strong stakeholder management skills and a creative mindset is of high importance in this role. You have a proven ability to translate complex concepts into appealing PR content and are used to working with topics like sustainability, innovation, digitalization and industry 4.0.
