Prestige Lead Artist

Prestige Lead Artist

Arbetsbeskrivning

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join us as a Prestige Lead Artist in our fast growing prestige photo editing segment. We are looking for a creative and highly organized person with a good sense of setting up solid processes and workflows for new requirements, as well as to bring new trends and techniques to us.

You will be responsible for a Prestige Photo Editing Artist team, making sure we deliver exceptional quality for our high end property listings.

Could this be you?

We believe that you have a passion for editing. You are independent, self-motivated and responsible. We also believe you are very organized and have a good sense for how to develop processes for continuous improvements in workflows.

With the seniority of the role, we expect you to be able to make decisions on your own.

With all the current Covid restrictions this role will be remote (from one of our 6 country locations) but you are open to an international relocation over time - most likely to our head office in Bangkok.

Initially this role will focus on serving Australian clients which means your working hours will depend on which time zone you are currently in.

- You need a physical office to where you have to commute everyday
- You want to be told how and when to do things and seeks managers approval for every little detail
- You see some tasks as beneath you and wait for others to do your job

What You Will Be Doing:

- Strategically and creatively lead a editing team that’s compelling, engaging and of the highest standards
- Coaching a team of prestige editors throughout the editing process, maintaining overall awareness of the team’s actions, and ensuring that the finished product meets the client's high expectations
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for photo content and regularly update new trends and techniques
- Ensure that quality standards and timelines are met every time
- Communicate effectively and drive a production process
- Work both independently and as part of a large global team
- Capable of training and supporting team members
- Effectively communicate with all parts of the business including our clients
