Job Description


Are you an experienced Print Designer who love the Kids Boys assortment! Do you have what it takes to lead and coordinate the print team for our Kids Boy Collection? Do you also love creating prints for a variety of different products? Then this might be the opportunity for you!
This is an exciting role where you together with the concept designer will set the visual print direction for the kids boys collection. A big part of the work in this role is coordinating and securing the print vision for the full collection, and next to this you will partly also design prints. You work with the boys’ full assortment which includes fancy jersey, knit, denim, woven and license. You are responsible for optimizing the print work, method, timeline and over all planning for the team of 5 print designers. The role requires strong leadership and work method skills and understanding of fully collaborative work processes.
Qualifications
You have a great eye for current and upcoming kids boys print trends and wish to join our positive and energetic, creative, playful work environment. It’s important you share our true love and passion for the boys’ customer and products. A genuine interest and understanding of the H&M Kids boys print handwriting and aesthetics is key as it is of highest importance for our commercial success. Teamwork, high speed and ability to prioritize is very important. You must be able to work independently and are used to fast decision making. We offer a great chance to develop for you who love working with different teams and a variety of printed products sold world wide in an international environment on a daily basis.
We also look for:
2-3yrs work experience as a textile print designer
Strong drawing and illustration skills
High level and fast skills in Adobe Suite programs
Have good knowledge of different print techniques/ textile designing
Solid work experience from repeat, placement prints, typography/graphic text prints
Direct experience from print supplier/production
A true passion for commercial kids print design, its current and future trends
A flexible team player who thrives working in diverse settings
Strong in working methods, coordinating ability – see the big picture
Organized and structured
Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
CLO 3D work experience is highly meriting
English fluency (Swedish not necessary)
