The Problem Manager is in charge of managing the problem process in accordance with the customer's model, which is based on ITIL best practises. The consultant must be well-versed in the management processes outlined in ITIL and ITSM.
The assignment entails ensuring control and knowledge of known problems and the risks associated with them. The responsibility also includes identifying new problems and ensuring that they are handled according to routine and prioritised in relation to other known problems in collaboration with the Incident Manager. The job also entails being in charge of constantly improving the process.
The position is part of the Infrastructure & Operations group, which is a division of the Digital Development unit.
Tasks: Coordination of efforts to resolve known issues within the organization and with external suppliers
Convene and lead meetings for decision-making and advisory purposes.
In charge of maintaining an up-to-date list of all known problems.
Recognize and communicate the problems' demands and risks.
Follow up on work efforts related to processes
Compile, document, and report statistics on the problem process (KPIs, SLAs)
Assist, relieve, and collaborate with our Incident Manager.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of ITIL processes and follow-up Merit:
Project management and change management experience.
Duration: 6 months + extension
