What you will do
As a member of the Global Process Team Finance & Tax (within Group Financial Control) and reporting to Finance Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in driving process efficiency. We are looking for somebody able to come with creative business-oriented solutions in addition to delivering technical automation.
You will focus on:
Understand the Finance & Tax core processes 
Proactively seek and identify automation opportunities within Finance & Tax
Develop and deliver RPA solutions within existing core system frame
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to discuss and propose automation solutions
Collaborate with Finance Operations and Finance & Business Transformation teams to design automation solutions in line with expectations by providing necessary process expertise
Ensure that process controls are integrated in the design and communicated to the central team
Coach and guide other Finance team members



This position will be in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. 
Who you are
To be successful in this position:
You understand project management concepts preferably with some basic project management experience. 
You have SAP end user experience and UI Path (or similar) developer expertise, advance comprehension of Excel including VB macros programming. 
Preferably you understand accounting standards, process controls, and finance processes and documentation. 
You probably have a University degree in Business Administration, Finance or IT.

To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. Furthermore, you have good analytical skills and an ability to learn on-the-fly as well as good communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
