We are now looking for a Process Chemist with extensive experience from process scale up and organic synthesis.
Research at Exeger

We continuously improve all facets of our unique photovoltaic material with our knowledge, expertise and through collaboration with all departments. Research at Exeger is driven by commercial viability with the end goal to benefit the customers.

The research environment is very active and findings are rigorously discussed and evaluated from a multidisciplinary angle for a fast-paced development.
About the position?
The position as process chemist offers extensive lab work involving development and scale-up of novel organic compounds for our ground-breaking technology. As the team’s expert in process development you will be responsible for taking our next generation functional organic materials from lab-scale to kg-scale and beyond, by designing and performing scalable, safe and environmentally friendly syntheses.
What about you?
You possess a strong understanding of modern organic synthesis methodologies. You are able to design and carry out multistep organic syntheses, isolation, and purification of targeted products on scales ranging from milligrams to several kilograms. You may have experience working with (photo)electrochemically active molecules and complexes, but we also value experience from other fine chemicals industries. Experience with technology transfer from research to development and large-scale production is also highly valuable.
To strive in this customer-centric environment, we believe you should have a couple of years of experience outside of academia.
