Process Development Leader

We are looking for a Process Development Lead to work with our Global Case Operational Excellence team of 10 employees and 1000+ cross functional user base across the world. Do you have a passion for process improvement? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Work horizontally and across functions to develop a process improvement strategy for case management. Share and evolve standard methodologies and lead the process roadmap.
Lead and support the implementation of Customer Case Management projects, and drive process improvement across the organization to increase customer responsiveness and experience.
Act as the governance and process control leader across functions, by establishing and embedding clear standards, policies and strategic breakthroughs in line with process strategy.
Champion simplification and continuous improvement, supporting the wider team on the journey to an outstanding customer experience.

Who you are
Demonstrated leadership experience from working with global and x-functional teams to deliver projects and/or process improvements
Strategic problem solver with ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable achievements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience from working with established process improvement toolkits, e.g LEAN, Six Sigma, FastWorks, Agile
An integrator with strong communication and influencing skills, bringing x-functional teams of leaders and peers together in development of, and delivery to, a shared strategy
Passionate about process related work, with a shown capability to connect data, process and people in pursuit of simplification and customer satisfaction
