Process Development Manager The ASSA ABLOY Operational Excellence Department is looking for a person with a strong driving force to strengthen the team. Together with 3 colleagues, you will be responsible to improve and secure the production- and logistics processes within the ASSA ABLOY companies worldwide. Responsibilities: As a member of ASSA ABLOY Operational Excellence Department, manage and coordinate various projects in order to improve the order and delivery processes within the ASSA ABLOY companies worldwide (involves traveling). Initiate and manage projects to improve efficiency and productivity in processes related to production and logistics. Take an active part in implementation and further development of ASSA ABLOY's e-business system. Responsible for projects involving development of new production technologies. Managing projects for transferring parts of, or complete, production units. Develop strategic analyses of industrial characteristics, e.g. analyses about where production should be placed based on future competitiveness and other factors. Your profile: We are looking for a person with a university degree, preferably with a focus on logistics, production engineering and/or system development. You have at least 2 years working experience from production, logistics and/or system development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office package and knowledge about ERP systems and basic programming. We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. We see experience from project leadership as a big plus. You are service and result oriented and has strong analytical skills. You need to have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. International experience is also a plus.
